Fruit a Loot allows players to choose between denominations of 0.25, 0.50, 1, 2, 5, 15 and 20 to play the game. The denomination amounts are increased and decreased by pressing the (+) or (-) buttons located under the coin denominations. Once players decide which denomination of coins to begin the game with, they then need to decide how many coins to bet, with the option of wagering a maximum of two coins. To select how many coins they wish to play, players select the BET ONE button, or they can press the BET MAX button (after selecting the denomination), which will wager the maximum amount. An example is if a player wants to play in denominations of .50 and presses the BET MAX button, the slot machine will automatically wager 0.50 credits x 2 coins = 1
The reels automatically start spinning if the BET MAX button is pressed. An alternative is simply to press the SPIN button to begin the game.
Three watermelons lined up on one pay line will yield the player 1600 coins if the game was played with the maximum 2 coins (or 800 coins if played with one coin). The next best win is a line up of three bananas that will yield 200 coins with a 2-coin wager.
